We do not prescribe new medications over 
  the phone without seeing you first. 

  Please call the office for an appointment so
  that a proper assessment and treatment of
  your condition can be made. The doctor can
  prescribe and/or new medications during
  your office visit.

  No routine medications will be renewed 
  after office hours or weekends.  No narcotics or sedative drugs that can be
  refilled over the phone at any time.  A physician visit is required.
