When the heartbeats are very slow, a pacemaker helps the heart to beat at a normal rate. When the heart beats are dangerously fast the ICD, can make the heartbeats return to normal as before. At BPHC, we are able to implant permanent pacemakers, and perform a check and follow-up of pacemakers and ICD's.
