At CMG we accept most
health
insurance
plans
including
traditional
indemnity
plans,
Preferred
Provider
Organizations (PPO), Point of Service (POS), Medicare, Medi-Cal (Fee for
Service) and Medical Services Initiative (MSI-Orange County).
Any deductible or co-payment or any medical service not covered by your
insurance are your responsibility and are due at the time of your visit.
For patients without insurance, we encourage you to ask about our afford-
able cash prices before we perform services.
